This notice explains how we process the personal data of visitors to the Persa Design website, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011.

2. Contact and quote requests
Data processed: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), selected topic, message, and the list of surfaces saved in your browser that is attached to the enquiry.
Purpose: answering your enquiry and preparing a quote. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for quote requests, steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: up to 1 year after the enquiry is closed or until consent is withdrawn; if a contract is concluded, for the statutory accounting and limitation periods.
3. Data stored in your browser
Favourites (your selection) and your cookie preferences are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to us or third parties. They are necessary for the site to work and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser data.
4. Cookies
Necessary storage: cookie preferences (persa-consent-v1) and favourites (persa-selection-v2) — required for the site to work, no consent needed.
Statistics and marketing cookies: none are used at present. Should we introduce any (e.g. visitor statistics), they will load only with your prior consent, which you can change or withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
5. Processors
Hosting provider: — coming soon. Contact messages are delivered by e-mail via the hosting provider's mail system. No data is transferred to third countries.
6. Your rights
- request information about and access to your data;
- request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing;
- exercise your rights to data portability and to object;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
Send requests to the controller's contact details; we reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu) or turn to the courts.
